Shipping policy

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Orders are processed within 5-10 business days. Processing time does not include shipping transit time. Processing time may be extended for special collaborations or pre orders. We ship via USPS. Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees.

Once packages are marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

Personalized orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned once production has begun.
